This machine was brought from Liverpool, England in 1915. It weighed 170 tons and advanced overland on rails spaced twenty feet apart. It was tried in the autumn of 1915, but was unsuccessful because it needed minor alterations it was never used again. Pierre Berton photographed it on Middle Dominion during the summer of 1938.
