Agave: Wild Tepextate. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood fired copper stills. Nose of banana taffy and spun sugar. Palate of passionfruit, marzipan and dark green herbs. Finishes with hints of cinnamon and honeysuckle. 45% ABV.
