Under Olivier Lamy the domaine has become known for an obsessive plot by plot approach, working high density vines, precise harvest timing and gentle oak handling to draw the maximum of energy and minerality from limestone rich soils. The cuve is hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, with a long, slow levage in older barrels.
