Clare Valley Shiraz 2017, Rodney & The Horse Fortified early picked high altitude BarberaSingle vineyard Shiraz from the northern part of South Australia's Clare Valley, wild yeast fermented and aged for 9 months in old French oak. Plenty of the dark red fruit and spice you'd expect, all brought into focus by supporting tannins and plenty of freshness. Tannins are plentiful in the '17 vintage but so soft and ripe, this is almost like velvet as it goes down..!
